These terms explain how you may use Norge360, an editorial website about Norway, its places, culture and everyday life. They cover the website on desktop and mobile and its optional email newsletter. Newsletter consent is separate from these terms; simply visiting the website does not subscribe you or constitute consent to marketing.

Norge360 provides articles, category listings, search results and editorial selections. Reading and email subscriptions are currently free, with no payment obligation or minimum subscription period. The public website does not offer user accounts, user publications, bookings or purchases. Any future paid service will require separate information and agreement before a charge is made.
2. Editorial content and decisions
Articles, ratings and recommendations provide general information and editorial opinions. Norge360 is not a public authority and does not provide individual legal, immigration, financial, medical or safety advice. Prices, opening hours, transport, events, entry rules and other details can change. Check the relevant official source or service provider before making a booking, application or other significant decision. We aim to correct substantiated errors; report an error with the article link and supporting information.
3. Languages and translations
The interface is available in eleven languages. An article may appear in its available source language when a translation is missing. Translations can contain differences or errors; the language selector does not guarantee that every article has been translated. Report material discrepancies. No language version limits rights granted by mandatory law.
4. Copyright and permitted use
Texts, photographs, graphics, logos and software are protected where applicable. Rights belong to Norge360 or the respective authors and licensors; publication on this website does not make an image freely reusable. You may browse, share links and make personal copies permitted by law. Lawful quotation and other statutory exceptions remain available. Republishing entire articles, distributing images or using protected material commercially requires the relevant rightsholder’s permission or an applicable licence. Attribution alone is not a licence.
5. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls, introduce malicious software, submit another person’s email address without authority, abuse forms or send unlawful content. Automated access must not overload the service or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights. Necessary, proportionate measures may be taken against demonstrable abuse; errors in blocking may be reported to us.
6. External websites and services
External links, social media pages and services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee of their content or performance. Norge360 is not a party to bookings or purchases made with an external provider. Direct questions about their prices, delivery and refunds to that provider. Any commercial relationship influencing a recommendation must be clearly disclosed alongside the relevant content.
7. Email newsletter
Subscription requires a valid email address that you are authorised to use, a separate affirmative consent and Cloudflare Turnstile verification. Your email and selected language are used to send published posts through the newsletter. Delivery frequency depends on publication activity; delivery time and receipt cannot be guaranteed. Reading the website does not require subscribing. If applicable law requires a parent or guardian’s authorisation for a minor’s consent, that authorisation must be obtained before subscription.
8. Ending your subscription
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. A valid link ends the subscription and removes the subscriber record, including the email address, from the website’s subscription database without a fee or login. You can also request help at hei@norge360.com if the link fails. A message already handed to the delivery provider may still arrive. Deletion of the subscriber record does not recall delivered emails or imply immediate deletion of every provider log or backup; related personal-data questions are handled under applicable law and the privacy notice.
9. Personal data and messages
The Privacy and Security page explains personal-data handling and the roles of Supabase, Cloudflare Turnstile and Resend. These terms are not a substitute for that notice or a blanket consent to processing. Contact-form information is used to handle your enquiry; do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information. Sending a message does not authorise us to publish it as an article or subscribe you to the newsletter.
Privacy and Security10. Availability and liability
Maintenance, security incidents and third-party failures may interrupt access, search or email delivery. We take reasonable steps to maintain the service and address reported faults, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all information is error-free. Any limitation of liability applies only where lawful and reasonable. Nothing excludes liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or restricts mandatory consumer, personal-data or other statutory rights. Any claim is assessed under the applicable law and circumstances.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect actual service changes or legal requirements. The revised text and update date will be published on this page. Material changes affecting an ongoing newsletter subscription will be communicated through an appropriate channel before they take effect, where required. Changes do not apply retroactively, and a broader use of personal data requiring consent will require a separate new consent. An invalid provision does not displace mandatory law or invalidate the remaining provisions where they can stand independently.
12. Contact and disputes
For questions, corrections, rights requests or complaints, write to hei@norge360.com or use the Contact page. Include the relevant URL and an explanation; we may request only information necessary to assess the matter or verify authority. We will seek an amicable resolution. You retain access to any competent court, supervisory authority or consumer dispute body available under applicable law. These terms impose no exclusive foreign court, compulsory arbitration or waiver of mandatory protections.
